SPARTANSGX is BACK AT THE BEACH! Whether you are training to compete in OCR or not, this is a fun and functional way to workout and get in shape.

This 90 minute class is designed to challenge your muscular and aerobic endurance on sandy terrain while you run, jump, carry, crawl, lift, drag, push, pull, and climb. >>>>RAIN OR SHINE
Cost: $20/class for non members or included in your ATP membership. We ask that all athletes please register in advance. Pre register at www.atpobstaclegym.com
*Note: 9am SpartanSGX class will be available at the facility followed by open gym 10a-1pm
