At the Taryn Allen Yoga Experience, we like to "think outside of the box" or in this case "Think Outside Of The Studio," as we present to you another yoga class where you get to connect with nature to get some additional health benefits!
This particular yoga class is located at Marando Ranch in Davie Florida.
Yes, it's on a farm!!!
And a fully functional one at that where numerous crops are grown and animals from chickens to horses.
Come and join us every other Sunday for another amazing "Outside The Studio" yoga experience!
Doing yoga outdoors in an environment like this is different than the typical yoga studio class and you get so much more than the typical health benefits of yoga as you get to connect with mother earth. We promise you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated and energized!
The farm has an onsite juice bar, which is also Taryn's favorite organic juice bar in South Florida, literally she goes there every day! So, we invite you to stay after class to try some of the most incredible acai bowls, fresh green juices and smoothies...
For most of us Sunday is our day to go grocery shopping, we've got you covered, after class you can pick up some of the freshest organic produce that you will find in Broward County.
Since this class is beginner friendly, feel free to also bring the kids and make a day out of it, after class they can get a nourishing breakfast and then head over to the petting zoo to have some fun with the animals.
So bring you friends, family, and co-workers!! The class is for all levels and best of all... It's FREE!
So you have no excuses... :-)
