Pineapple World Record Brunch

As part of the official Guinness World Record Attempt guidelines for the world's largest pineapple pyramid, all 5,525 pineapples used in the record attempt will be prepared/donated for consumption.

What better way to check off that requirement than a brunch featuring all things pineapple?

Benefitting C&I Reach Inc., a local nonprofit making a global impact, Sunday's brunch will showcase a special pineapple-themed menu curated by Executive Chef Jonathan Garr.

Available from 11 AM - 2 PM, brunch items will include:

Pina Colada French Toast
Pineapple Chutney Chicken and Waffle
Pineapple-Shrimp Ceviche
Mini-Pineapple Cinnamon Rolls
Bottomless Pineapple Mimosas

Flagler Village Brewery also brings back their exclusive, limited-release Pineapple Guy Wheat Ale for the occasion, which will be available on draft along with a all-things-pineapple cocktail menu.

brunch wraps up, the pineapple shenanigans continue until close with a pineapple-themed lunch/dinner menu featuring:

Pineapple BBQ Wings
Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Pineapple and Canadian Bacon Flatbread
Ahi Tuna Tacos with Pineapple Salsa
