Balance on BalQony - Halloween Edition

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is once again hosting its monthly fitness event, Balance on BalQony, but with a spooktacular twist for Halloween! Taking place on the resort's open-air oceanfront venue, BalQony, the event will offer attendees an hour workout by The Fit Shop, who will be teaching a HIIT training session incorporating kickboxing, strength, conditioning and performance. Light bites and refreshments will be provided by The Hummus House, Dr. Juice Health, Catered Fit, Giusto Sapore and Unleash Life. Plus, attendees are encouraged to wear their workout-ready costume for the chance to win a ghoulishly delightful prize from the resort. Tickets are $20 per person and include: the workout session; food and beverage; and resort valet parking.
