WE ARE FORT LAUDERDALES FAVORITE BEACH YOGA!!!
always by DONATION and OPEN TO EVERYONE

☼ WHAT: 60 minutes of a slow sweaty power Hatha flow class which consists of postures, breathing and meditation. Class is open to ALL LEVELS and NEWBIES to Yoga. This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcome!
Hydrate* is a must.

☼ TEACHER: Lisa Pumper & team

☼ BRING: A mat and/or large towel(s), sunglasses, sunblock, water + DONATION of $10 cash per person.

(no one is turned away due to lack of funds - a work exchange beach clean up may be available if you can not pay money for a class)

☼ TIME: 9:00am - 10:15am *arrive 10 minutes before class begins*(please note some classes change times seasonally)

☼ LOCATION: 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH ~ A1A one BLOCK “SOUTH” of Sunrise Blvd at the NE 9th ST beach entrance & near Lifeguard Stand #13. This is also across the street from McSorley’s pub (you can use McSorley’s address to find us: 837 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd) *note some special events might be at other locations*

☼ PARKING: Ample parking with meters across from NE 9th Street beach in the neighborhood with all the shops. Or go a little south to Vistamar St beach entrance and there is plenty of metered parking. Bring money for meters.

☼ KIDS: Kids are welcome to come with parents to either practice Yoga or set up off to the side and play in the sand.
