Discovering Your W.A.Y.
Monthly Meetup For Teens, ages 14-18
Facilitated by Simone & Roshani
2nd Wednesday of the Month
Time: 7-9pm
Cost: Suggested Love Donation $5 or Pay What you Can ♥
The intention of this class is to help create a world where teen depression, suicide, substance abuse, self-harm and bullying no longer exist ~ by offering a space where teenagers can spend time together in self-discovery, and experience love, acceptance, support and freedom.
In this class we will:
* Explore...using breath, sound, movement, silence, dance, art and group interaction. Find the freedom to discover and be who you really are!
* Have a safe space for "teen talk" on topics selected by the group
* Learn "Tools For Teen Living" that include yogic exercises, to create daily practices at home for mind/body balance, more energy, better sleep and healthy ways of coping with stress.
Dress Comfortably for Movement
Bring water
Bring friends!
