Respek the Mic is not your average open mic; we’re more than that. We encourage and celebrate our local artists in a safe and inspiring space full of diversity, positivity, and culture. Bring your self, your friends, and your open mind.
Liquid courage served all night. Happy hour discounts extended from 5pm to 8pm.
Sign-ups start at 7:30 pm and are limited; performances start at 8 pm. It’s first-come-first-serve so get here early to secure your spot(light).

What can I perform?
Anything! Music, poetry, comedy- anything you want. As long as we are supportive and respekful to our open mic family
Can I bring instruments or digital tracks?
Absolutely! We encourage it. We provide a mic, a mic stand and access to our sound system via XLR inputs. You are responsible for any cables or hardware necessary to plug into our system.
Is profanity allowed or present at this event?
This is an adult-centric event and profanity is allowed. However, we have ZERO tolerance for any racism, sexism, homophobia, or prejudice of any kind. We reserve the right to stop a performance at any given time if these lines are crossed.
What does “Respek the Mic” mean?
Respek the Mic means Respek the damn Mic! Let’s give all of our performers our genuine, undivided attention and an equal chance to share their creativity with our community. Also, make sure to grab a drink and stick around until the end to cheer on other performers after you!
