The Front Porch Project, A COVID-19 Photo Exhibit by Michael Murphy, at The Gall

Captured by professional photographer Murphy, The Front Porch Project features 32 18” x 24” canvas-style portraits illustrating a cross-section of Fort Lauderdale leaders and community members enjoying life from their front porches, yards and places of business. Included in the slice-of-life portrayals are Lisa Scott Founds, CEO of Winterfest, internationally recognized entertainers Latrice Royale, Jim Buff (Electra) and Miss Varla Jean Merman, Lori Parrish, Brett Rose of UNCS, Kim Vassar, vice president of philanthropy at Arc Broward, Jessica Kersey Rodriguez, director of major gifts at South Florida PBS, Alan Goldstein and Robert Hughes of Over the Top, Wilton Manors City Commissioners Scott Newton and Paul Rolli plus others. The walk-through retrospective will be situated in the space across from Altar’d State, next to Swarovski.
