Every Monday night, we host a group bike ride around downtown Fort Lauderdale from 7:30pm-9:00pm.
Event Details
The ride moves at roughly 8-12mph, so riders of all level are welcome! Be sure to arrive a little early - take off is 7:30pm sharp. If you want to have a beer beforehand, we recommend arriving around 7:00pm.
We get back to the brewery around 9:00pm, giving you just enough time to order your post-ride meal and a brew.
The purpose of this ride, aside from the us wanting you to hang with us every Monday, is to promote bike awareness in South Florida. South Florida is currently one of the country’s most dangerous cities for cyclists.
Being out on the road with a group is one of the safest ways to enjoy a casual ride around these parts –we are always stronger together. A couple of rules we'd like for you to follow:
⦿ Wear a helmet.
⦿ Bring your bike lights.
⦿ Stay within the lane of the group.
⦿ Participate in group communication (such as shouting “LEFT TURN” or “CAR UP” or “POTHOLE”).
⦿ Respect the rules of the road and the traffic we share it with.
