Celebrate the 4th of July with small-town Florida charm in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL.
Event Details
Families are invited to a town parade, where kids are encouraged to bring a treat bag to catch candy. See stilt-walkers, vehicles, Lady Liberty, and Uncle Sam pass by.
The day is packed with activities, including a giant waterslide, face painting, and a fireworks display.
Schedule of Events:
10am-11am: Fourth of July Parade featuring the “Spirit of Liberty Fife and Drum Corps,” traveling south on Bougainvilla Drive, east along Pine Avenue, then south on El Mar Drive to Hibiscus Avenue
11am-3pm: Family Fun Day in El Prado Park with a waterslide, kid-favorite “Bubble Man,” a DJ, face painting, demonstrations from the Volunteer Fire Department, and more.
9pm-9:20pm: Fireworks display launched off the beach
