On Saturday, December 24th, guests can enjoy a delicious three-course dinner at B Ocean Resort’s signature restaurant, The Naked Crab, on Christmas Eve. With savory classics and sweet desserts, this special menu is perfect for a jolly night out with the family. The courses include:
FIRST COURSE

Sea Scallops Gratin with port wine cauliflower and verjus blanc
Wagyu Beef Slider with shallots compote, foie grass, and peppercorn brioche
Ceviche Tasting with tuna, flounder, rock shrimp, and a yuzu emulsion.
SECOND COURSE

Poached Kaffir Lime Black Cod with pilaf black rice, tempura leaves, and court bouillon.
