From September 15 – October 15, the resort’s signature dining destination, Allison Restaurant & Bar, will be adding an exclusive Latin Bites Trio to its Colombian-inspired menu.
The limited-time Latin Bites Trio is available for $22, featuring:
• 2 Beef Colombian Empanadas with Aji Salsa, Spicy Mayo Sauce and Lime
• 4 Cheese Venezuelan Tequenos with Cilantro Crema and Salsa Rosada
• 2 Pork Belly Tacos with Spicy Glazed Pork Belly, Chipotle Slaw and Pickled Onions
