Festival Marketplace will be hosting an Antique Fair on August 18, 2018. Look for the big tent on the corner of Sample Rd and 27th Ave in the Festival Marketplace Parking lot!
Event Details
This 5000 sq foot tent will allow for 33 vendors underneath. The cost is $75.00 and that will include one table (no chair), you can use the rest of the space (9’ by 9’) for whatever you want (tables, racks, furniture, etc). We will be here at 6:30am, your space under the tent will be labeled with your name. DO NOT TRY AND SWITCH SPACES AS WE HAVE A MAP.
You can also choose a spot in the aisle on the side of the tent. Those spaces are 2 parking spots (18’ by 9’) , you can pull your car in parallel to the parking stops, leave your car and unload it there, this spot is $50.00, and does not include tables or chairs. You can use a pop up tent in this space, but you MUST have weights on the tent or you will be asked to take it down. These spaces are on a first come first served basis. We will be here at 6:30am to assign your spots.
We do newspaper, radio, billboard and digital advertising for all our events. If you can advertise the event to your customers and on social media that would be extra help! This is a great event in conjunction with Festival Marketplace and Hillsboro Antique Mall. YOU MUST BE IN YOUR ASSIGNED SPOT NO LATER THAN 8:00 AM AND MUST STAY UNTIL 4PM!.
