“In 2018, I tore my pec, got divorced and lost my job all within about 6 months of each other. I was at rock bottom – not sure of my purpose or my future. I had two options: fall into depression and wail “why me” or I could take action and keep moving forward. Why hadn’t I started the micro-gym I dreamt of years ago when I first had that little spark of inspiration? I realized that I was the only one holding myself back from my own superpowers and I had no convenient excuses left in my way. RoxFire Fitness was born. I packed my dogs and everything I owned in my Jeep, drove down to Fort Lauderdale from Virginia and went head-first into creating RoxFire Fitness. RoxFire Fitness is the fitness headquarters of Fort Lauderdale. Our workouts include a dominant blend of strength & conditioning to power you up regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. Just like my journey, you’re going to leave your excuses at the door and give yourself what you really want. Our program at RoxFire includes three styles of classes: ᚱEV, BUILᚦ, & ᚫUSE. Our classes are designed & taught by our league of extraordinary coaches with focus, precision & care. You’ll always know what’s coming next, never wonder if your form is off and will get a text if we don’t see you for a few days.
