As a South Florida native and a lover of fine beer I began brewing at home in 1993. I started very simply in my kitchen but soon was brewing 40 gallon batches in a brew day on my back porch.Get to know Holy Mackerel Brewery
In 2006 I founded what became known as “Holy Mackerel Small Batch Beers” and in 2007 my first beer was born – a Belgian style golden ale and shortly thereafter followed by several other extremely bold flavorful brews.
