Described as "an electrifying player" and "high-powered soloist," Lara St. John returns to the Symphony stage to take you on a captivating journey through Mozart's G Major Violin Concerto No. 3.  In Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen, St. John's interpretations of unforgettable gypsy rhythms derived from Hungarian csardas will enrapture and entrance.  The evening closes with Beethoven's Symphony No. 4, a nimble, playful and heartfelt work of art that ascends into a high-spirited romp.  A reception will be held immediately following the performance to give concert-goers an opportunity to meet the conductor, South Florida Symphony Orchestra musicians and the featured soloist for a CD signing and photo opportunity.
