We believe in barbecuing the traditional way, with our signature rubs and a clean burning wood fire. We do not use charcoal, gas, or electric in any way which means our pitmaster is tending the fire and the smoker for the entire cook. The thin blue smoke this method creates, ensures the highest quality meat. Additionally, all of our sides are scratch made daily using our in house recipes. Through consistency and our no shortcut approach we hope to make all of our visitors regular customers .
