Join us as we celebrate the 95th Anniversary of the Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, a renowned, Indian spiritual leader.
The practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation enables us to easily awaken the inner energy we are born with – and through this awakening, achieve a union between our inner self and the all pervading, universal power.
Join us for an evening of meditation...
You will be seated on a chair or on the floor, wherever you feel comfortable
No special clothing required
No experience with meditation required
Seating is limited. First come, first served.
Doors open at 6:30pm
