Wine and cheese is a pairing that’s as ubiquitous as Peanut Butter and Jelly. But what about Whisky and Cheese? Or, better yet, The Mac(allan) and Cheese?!
Join us at The Apothecary 330 for an intimate evening, hosted by The Macallan. Their diverse portfolio harmonizes well with various styles of Cheese, making an evening of Mac(allan) and Cheese the perfect pairing!

Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail! We then look forward to exploring The Macallan 12yr Sherry Oak, The Macallan 12yr Double Cask, The Macallan 15yr Fine Oak, as well as a surprise pour! We will pair each pour with a different style of Cheese...
Primo Liquors and Fine Wine will be set up for the evening, offering each guest a $10.00 OFF promotion towards a bottle purchase -- to be shipped to their home, free of charge!
The making of both Whisky and Cheese are sophisticated arts defined by traditions and time-honored processes. Complex to master, but easy to enjoy – especially together – The Macallan’s range of flavor notes are the perfect complement to the rich creaminess of artisan cheeses.
The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch Whisky Distillery in Craigellachie, Moray. The Macallan distillery was founded by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer and school teacher. It was also one of the first distillers to be legally licensed in Scotland. Each six pillars of Macallan is also what makes this scotch so unique.
We look forward to sharing the generations of excellence which goes into each and every bottle!
