On August 4, instead of the usual menu, patrons can enjoy heartier dishes, with highlights including 16-Hour Smoked Beef Brisket and a Char – “QUE” – terie Board featuring house cured/smoked millionaire bacon and pork belly burnt ends. There is no cost for this experience; items will be priced separately just like a regular menu.
