You'll learn about the following topics from our expert course instructors:-Successful strategies in responding to shootings, bomb threats, hostage situations, biological and chemical hazards, structural and natural disasters, and fires-Interaction between authorities, first responders and organizations during crisis situations-Assessing risks and security needs-Putting together an operational structure and a security team-Business continuity for managers-Which security criteria should be part of selecting physical equipment and components-Maintaining security systems and access control for buildings and in urban areas-Managing civil unrest and crisis situations-Communication practices with security management, staff, first-responders and authorities-Post-situational routines and recordkeeping
