Smoked Wahoo Fish Dip ( Signature Dish)
Fresh Smoked Wahoo with Cream cheese, herbs & Vegetables. Served Family Style with cilantro sauce, lime and crackers.

Mahi- Mahi Fillet
Lightly blackened Dolphin fillet with a cilantro sauce and fresh lime. Creamy, Risotto rice and seared spring vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
