▸7:15 pm: Gentle Yin Yoga Flow, Eastern Musical Beats & Guided Moon Meditation w/ Lisa Pumper

Class is open to ALL LEVELS and newbies to Yoga. This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape, size & age is welcomed.

➳ PARKING: There is ample parking with meters across the street in the village at NE 9th street & also a parking lot with a flat rate for all day.
Metered parking also at Vistamar St.
Bring money for meters.
