Join us for the Candlelight Flow with Paige. What a perfect way to begin your week, to recharge & reset after the weekend.
Event Details
Directly after Community Reiki.
In this class we will practice a gentle restorative yoga flow with mostly postures on the ground. This flow will be cooling and end with a guided meditation.
You are encouraged to bring your blocks and straps and blankets, we will provide some as well.
All levels are welcome and encouraged. Paige will also provide hands on assists/adjustments to those who want it.
This class is for first time and seasoned yogis!!

• We recommend water and a towel
