Event Details
Enjoy a 60-minute HIIT workout, followed by a 30-minute yoga session on the resort’s private beach.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Admission is complimentary. Parking is recommended in Fort Lauderdale Beach Park located at 1150 Seabreeze Blvd. Valet parking is also available at B Ocean Resort for $20.
