Join us for our amazing oceanside Feel Good Slow Power Yoga Flow: yoga poses, core work, mindful breathing, meditation/relaxation & good vibes musical playlist.
After class enjoy a icy cold aromatherapy hand towel to cool down and refresh.
Teacher will demonstrate & give clear directions with posture modifications for all levels to enjoy. No pressure to do all the movements. We are a judgement free zone.
This is a beautiful wide open beach area, with a cool vibe & inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcOMe to join us.
Come as you are, and recieve all you deserve!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in , meet the teacher & spend time settling into the beauty of nature.

WHAT TO BRING:
Large beach towel or blanket for coverage over sand.A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but mat is not required.
*A must: Water, Sunscreen & Sunglasses.
Fitness attire or swim suit. If your staying on beach for day or want extra shade bring a umbrella. There are also shops across from class for food, drinks, towels and a convinence store.

We are 1 block SOUTH of Sunrise Blvd - SOUTH of NE 9th street
PARKING OPTIONS ( map below in Eventbrite ticket ):
FASTEST:
1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street side parking with hourly meters ( download the pay-by-phone app for faster processing ) at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets. 1-2 minute walk to class
2) Paid valet parking available at hotels. 3 min walk to class
FREE PARKING:
1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time. 5/7 min walk to class
2) The Galleria Mall area. You will walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge. 12/15 min walk to class
WEATHER:
Any delays or cancellations will be announced at least 60 minutes before class.
