what makes a stay really pleasant and enjoyable, and makes one look forward to returning? Not just the structure of the building, not only the cleanliness, which are certainly important. Customer service!! and is key in managing a facility, and, which if poor or non existence, usually totally ruins the stay. Le Cabanon has new management, and Phillip, with all due respect to any of his attributes, has no clue of customer service. He is certainly not a peoples person. The photo's of the rooms on web site, although well taken, do not give a clear picture of what the room is really like, and even though certain rooms had no occupancy at that time, the manager refused to show us any, even though we were staying at the motel, and wished to a return visit, but in a different room. he gave all sorts of excuses why he would not, and became quite rude, Obnoxious and quite aggressive. This attitude is totally unacceptable, and the owners should have a word with this jerk, as he is certainly going to ruin the image of Le Cabanon as a destination.
