Join us for evening beach yoga at Plunge Beach Resort at 6:45 PM every Monday and Thursday. Get your mind off of your worries and get into the flow on the quiet, sandy beach. Participants are encouraged to meet on the beach with their mat or towel and a water bottle. All social distancing measures will be respected and followed.
The class is complimentary for guests of Plunge Beach Resort and the public can join the class by donation.
