Fort Lauderdale's Mills Pond Park hosts an annual Spring Egg Hunt that is absolutely free, so bring the kiddos for the hunt and photos with the Spring Bunny on March 24.
Weston Regional Park holds one of Fort Lauderdale's largest Easter Egg hunts. Over 30,000 candy-filled eggs will be spread across its grounds on March 24. The hunt begins at 10 a.m. (though they recommend arriving at 9:15 a.m.), and there will be photo opportunities with the Royal Bunny as well.

It takes place at 10:00 a.m. on March 31, and, In addition to the hunt, there will be arts and crafts as well as photo opportunities with Peter Rabbit. Brazilian barbecue isn't what springs to mind when you think of Easter dinner, but once you've been to Chima, you'll realize why it's a natural fit, especially because they kick things up a notch for Easter. In addition to their usual fine cuts of meat, Chima will have a face painter on-site as well as goodie bags for the kids, and they'll have Easter-inspired cocktails for the adults.
Louie Bossi's isn't actually hosting anything Easter-specific, but they have one of the best atmospheres you'll find in Fort Lauderdale. Everything about Louie Bossi's captures the feeling of springtime as its warm, bright, and fun, especially if you can snag a seat on the back patio.
Pompano Beach is hosting a Spring Fling that lives up to its billing with bounce slides, a photo booth, arts and crafts, and Easter Egg hunts. Bring the family for all the fun on March 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
